What is the history
of the company?

If you are feeling overwhelmed, we understand how you feel. 

Chris Stevenson’s mother made the decision to move to Idaho two years after her husband, Chris’s father, passed away. Having lived in the same Missouri farmhouse for 50 years, our family had accumulated lots of stuff. We used an estate sale company to sell what she didn’t want to keep in the move.

During Mom’s move, we were driving across Nebraska talking about our experience. I had noticed that each situation was different for different families. I commented that a new estate sale company should have a strong foundation and be flexible to accommodate each family’s needs.  A company should provide a solution for a family whether they are moving, downsizing, de-cluttering or if there was a death in the family.  She turned to me and said, “Why don’t you call it Estate Sale Solutions?”  

I have worked for two Fortune 500 companies that gave me a strong background in retail and customer service.  I spent a year going to local sales and researching what pros and cons of this industry entailed around the country.  That experience is brought to the table in a professional and business manner to provide solutions for your project.

Estate Sale Solutions, LLC was established in 2014.  We adapted the company as clients’ needs revealed themselves.  I have been buying and selling my own real estate as an investor since 2005.

We saw a need to combine our service with Real Estate.  In 2017, I started using my past experience and received my license as a REALTOR.  Since then, we offer our service and experience to buy/sell homes, farms, and investment property.

Chris Stevenson grew up in St. Joseph, Missouri, and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science, Journalism, and minor in Marketing.  He moved to Idaho in 1995.  His past work experience includes Hyatt Regency Hotels, QuiktTrip, Circle K, TOSCO Oil Company, KTVB-Twin Falls, Westport Insurance Agency.
